Shipping
*All orders take 24 hours to process. Once the order is processed, the items will be shipped and you will receive a tracking number from USPS, DHL,UPS or Fedex. Standard shipping can take up to 3-5 business days after processing not when the order is placed.
*Express shipping is also available for an additional fee and can take 1-3 business days.
*International Shipping is available upon request. Please email klaiyiservice@outlook.com to receive further information
*Please Note: Klaiyi Hair will not be held liable for any shipping delays once the order has been shipped out. We entrust our packages to be delivered by USPS on time. Please make sure that all shipping information (i.e. address) is provided in full and is correct.
*If a package is returned back to us due to an incorrect address, any additional shipping cost will be your responsibility.
*All shipments will require a signature. This requirement is a form of security for your purchase
*We advise that you place your order early if you have a special event coming up. Shipping can be delayed during holidays, weather conditions, postal delays etc.
Returns
*All sales are final. If at anytime we make a mistake and send you the wrong hair or length, we will gladly exchange the hair for you. All exchanges must be reported within 5 days. The hair must return in its original state and packaging. Upon return, the hair should not be washed, opened, altered, colored etc. Klaiyi Hair hold the rights to determine if the hair can be accepted as an exchange or not.
