The best customer service from the first time time I purchased years ago. When they didn't have what I wanted one time they texted me and gave me options and made sure that I got what I wanted. Since I encountered this kinky straight texture I have been converted. I feel like I'm wasting my other hair from here since I love this type so much. It looks and feels so natural. The luster is not too shiny nor is it dull. I can go days without brushing it, from ponytails to hats for work to bonnet to having it out loose. Minimal tangling even after all of that. It's full and no matter what you put it through, a co-wash and it's back to how it was the first time out of the box. I can't get enough of this company and hair. If I used social media I would post them. 100 Stars. Love love love! Keep up the great work guys!
