Had a shipping issue, matter was resolved without any difficulties. I paid for expedited shipping but product wasn’t coming when I needed it. I emailed the company and was refunded quickly. Anyway, hair is gorgeous I’ve only had it in for a few days. I paired it with their 6x6 closure. Best thing ever. It’s soft, silky, I curl it most days and the cult holds up. It’s very pretty. Currently have it as the natural color, but will soon dye it when I get bored. Could be in the next week or months coming up. Don’t know yet. But definitely will be buying more when I can.

I ordered this hair in October 2019 it came literally in 3days very fast shipping. I made my wig for my graduation which was on December 6th 2019. Here are pics of my hair if you want great hair buy this hair. I used three out of 4 bundles and I have had no shedding and no tangling and hold curls great. Definitely buying hair again I love this hair inches 22,24,26,26 I crimped my hair and with out further a do look at the pics lol. Be blessed

How many bundles should I purchase?
If you want to full fill one head, 3pcs will be okay. If the hair is over 18", 4pcs should be better.Also, if you do not have leave out, you could try to 3 Bundles with closure, 3 Bundles with frontal closure , it will save your more money.
What length should I purchase?
All bundles must be measured to the stretch. With that said, please keep in mind that you will need to accommodate for its curl pattern when selecting your desired length.
How long do the hair bundles last?
Our bundles typically last for 6-8 months, if cared for properly.

Standard processing time is between 3-5 business days, Monday through Friday 10am to 4pm Eastern Standard Time. We do not process on the weekends or holidays. Processing times are NOT included in the delivery time. Please plan accordingly.Although we try to get your hair to you as fast as humanly possible, please don’t order hair less than 48 hours before you need it! It's always best to give yourself at least a 3 week cushion before you need it to avoid any unforeseen circumstances that may delay delivery.
We always ship from warehouses located in GA, USA or China. USA customers orders always ship out from USA by USPS or UPS., unless there is no stock, we will ship out from China. Other country orders will ship out from China, by DHL, UPS, TNT, ets. The warehouse of USA, we offer express shipping, if you are urgent to your order, you could pay extra $20 for this shipment, it usually took 1-3 day to arrive.

1. One day in a week won't process orders-- U.S Saturday . Shipping companies all close on Sunday. Please choose the right shipping method with concern after Friday.2. Processing & shipping times may be extended during sales & holidays.
3. Discounts cannot be applied or changed after you've made your purchase.
